We want you to be satisfied with your apparel purchase. Read below for how to obtain a refund for your purchase.

Apparel Returns Policy

With our 30-day return policy, you must send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them. This means the apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

Ship the product back to us, and we will take care of your return. Package the item(s) securely and ship them to Steph Gaudreau using the address listed below. Please make sure your package is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.

Upon our receipt, a credit in the form of payment used will be issued. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

Apparel Returns and Exchanges Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Coaching Refunds

Intuitive Eating coaching requires a high-level of commitment between coach and client. Life getting in the way or lack of time/prioritization are not valid reasons for refunds. However, in the case of extenuating circumstances / acts of nature, a refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

For Intuitive Eating coaching, if it becomes apparent that you require treatment from a mental health professional for an eating disorder, our coaching agreement will be ended and the balance of your coaching payments refunded so you may seek treatment.

If you are paying in installments and your method of payment becomes invalid (ex: expired credit card), you’ll be contacted about updating your payment information and completing the installment(s). If you are non-responsive after 7 calendar days from the time of failed payment or you do not provide an alternative payment method for the balance owed, your enrollment in coaching will be ended.

Online Program Refunds 

In most cases unless specified otherwise, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on online programs. Note that because most online programs contain downloadable content, we offer store credit for the price paid instead of a money back refund.

In the case of the Core 4 Program, if you request a refund, you’ll be required to turn in all worksheets along with your request to show that you attempted the work.
