This past weekend, I wrote a blog post on body shame that’s absolutely been blowing up across social media relating to a comment that was left of my Instagram account.
The point of the body shame post wasn’t to get back or get even with the commenter. Rather, I wanted to open dialogue around the issue of body shame and body shaming, whether it’s something you’ve done to others or yourself.
One thing is clear: It’s resonating, and you are taking the conversation out into the world, talking to your kids, co-workers, friends, and family.
And it coincides with the free tickets for my 2017 Women’s Strength Summit opening up, which is pretty rad.
You’re cordially invited to grab a free ticket – and the 2017 Strength Building Playbook – for the online event which runs May 15-21, 2017.

Love every word you said. A year or so ago, I came across you on the Whole30 forum and signed up for your 2016 Summit, which I truly enjoyed and shared it with my sister. The summit helped me realize that I do have “issues” with food, body image and exercise. I am looking forward to the 2017 Summit.
I can’t thank you enough. You are beautiful
Kathy
Amazing one. According to me also, mindset is really really essential to stay determined and fit.
