I have to tell you *again* how much I love your 12-week strength program! I just finished another cycle and hit three lifetime PRs (bench, press, and squat)!
My strength is improving weekly. I even got my first (and second) pull-ups during the program!
I hired a trainer for 30 minutes to help me work on my deadlift a few years ago and I didn’t get anything close to what I’m trying to absorb right now!
