This Cool Melon Mint Smoothie will bring a bit of chill to even the hottest summer day!
I’ll admit to not being a huge melon fan. But a few weeks back, while strolling around the local farmer’s market, I sampled a smoothie like this one. It was delish!
I knew I had to recreate it at home to the best of my ability.
The mint gives it a freshness and earthiness that perfectly compliments the melon.
And the coconut milk brings a bit of creaminess…plus it makes this Melon Mint Smoothie dairy-free.
Since this smoothie is well-rounded already in the carbs and fat departments, I really recommend adding some protein if you’re using it as a meal replacement.
My favorite in this case would be something like Vital Proteins Grass-Fed Collagen.
Add a scoop, and you’ve got all three macronutrients represented.
The protein will keep you fuller for longer which sometimes doesn’t happen with blended drinks. They’re basically pre-digested so they can leave you feeling too hungry.

I’m not sure anyone is a big melon fan. It’s probably in my bottom three for fruit. That said, this sounds pretty delicious, I’ll have to give it a try!
Hi Danielle…honestly, me too, but for some reason I really liked this one 🙂
Smoothie looks great. I made your cauliflower mash and some blackened pork chops for my mother and I may have converted her away from potatoes. Thanks!
