Last October, I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Lara Briden at the Ancestral Health Society of New Zealand’s first-ever Symposium, and her talk, “Modern Obstacles to Hormonal Vitality,” blew me away.
Right away, I knew I wanted to have Dr. Briden on the podcast because she’s so passionate about the topic of women’s health – namely, the subject of hormones – and how to work with our bodies instead of against them.
