Karina’s bio:
Six years later Karina was invited to attend a weekend retreat in Florida with business mentor Heather Dominick. This retreat changed her life. Not only did Heather herself come out of the closet that she was a ‘highly sensitive person’, but that weekend, she gave Karina permission to do the same.
Up until that point, Karina wouldn’t believe it if you told her that being a highly sensitive person was actually a good thing. She had way too many stories and examples of how it put a damper on life, that created pain and suffering in her relationships and health; but, nonetheless, the shift happened, and that was her awakening.
She finally understood. Life as a Highly Sensitive Person was a gift. It was time to learn how to use her highly sensitive gifts in a positive way.
With Elaine Aron’s research and the many others who have embarked on this journey into unknown territory, she knows that she is here to help create a shift in perception around what it means to be sensitive in this world.
Through avenues of 1:1 mentoring, coaching, teaching, and creating safe group environments for transformation to happen, this is how she chooses to help make this world a better place.

This was my favorite episode to date! I️ can’t wait to do more research about HSPs – I️ was one of those listeners saying “THAT IS ME!”
Ahhh so happy to hear that it hit home with you Lauren! You’re not alone!
Loved this! Sensitive, indigo child, old soul, empath, feeler… people have given me lots of labels and that’s ok if it helps them understand me. Cannot say how blessed I am to have a tribe who accept, aprecciat and listen when I say it’s to much or when that nagging little voice speaks up!
Thanks for all you do Steph! It is greatly appreciated
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Bambi. Being an HSP in this world can feel so overwhelming but you are not alone <3 You are so welcome.
It’s refreshing to feel less confusion about who I am, and why. Thank you for the episodes on empaths and HSPs. The tips for energy and self care are going to change my life!
Thank you for listening in! I’m so glad it helped provide some clarity <3
