  1. Loved iistening to this.. i wish we could have a conversation like this everday. And we have to take charge and change our life.. i know i do. That’s why it’s hard.. no once can do it.. we have to put the work in ourselves. I am in menopause, and being tired all the time..i am just not who i use to be but struggling to find myself again. And the diet you talk about and working out.. it all just makes us feel so much better. The struggle is real.. I just need to find me again. And i will.

  2. I just finished this episode and it was perfectly timed for where I am in life. (55 and really just entering menopause and have felt like a lunatic for the past year. ) This conversation left me hopeful and with some options to try to get me back on track. Thank you!
