As women, we experience natural monthly fluctuations related to our menstrual cycle and period. Yet I can’t tell you how many women are mystified or even frustrated by the variations they experience throughout their menstrual cycles. Understanding even the very basics and tracking your cycle with a simple app can lead to great insights.
