Journaling can be an incredibly powerful tool in moving toward feeling better in your body. It decreases stress, helps you problem solve, and gives you an opportunity to get thoughts out of your head and down on paper.
With that in mind, I’ve created a journal for you to write in and reflect in as you incorporate the 4 pillars of health into your life.
I intentionally left out any mention of weight tracking, food tracking, etc. and instead included multiple ways for you to develop your awareness of how your body is feeling and functioning on a daily basis. There’s plenty of space to write your workouts as well as open pages to answer journal prompts or free write.
It will also work as a stand-alone journal without doing the program or reading The Core 4 book.
This is a hardcover journal with 75 sheets for a total of 150 pages. The wire binding means the journal lays flat when open for easier use.
