I help women who lift fuel themselves better so they get stronger, increase their energy, and perform better in the gym.

If you want to get stronger, you have to eat and train right. But being obsessive and robotic about food or trying to diet your way to being stronger and having more energy is NOT the way to go about it.

You deserve to embrace you body, know your worth, and take up space…without the pressure of diets, the scale, or exercise as punishment.

I’m here to help you simplify and get started by sharing the “need to know” nuts and bolts.

Think of this like a try-on where you’re getting curious and experimenting. Nothing here is permanent!

What is The Core 4?

My vision is that some day, little girls will grow up into strong women who love their bodies, know their worth, and take up space….without the pressure of diets, the scale, or exercise as punishment.

The Core 4 is the framework I developed to help women like you feel strong, nourished, energized, and like a badass. If you’re ready to embrace your body and own your inner power, you’re in the right spot.

Here’s the truth, it’s hard to feel strong, nourished, energized, and like a badass when you’re not eating enough, overworked, and stressed out.

The Core 4 framework teaches you how to do this from a perspective of adding (instead of restricting), learning, exploration, and growth.

Your Next Steps

Let’s go through key steps that I recommend you take on your journey to get stronger, embrace your body, and own your power. Time to take action!

Step 1: Get Some Basic Info

I’ve got plenty of resources for you to learn about The Core 4.

My Core 4 framework will help you focus on four key areas. Click below to read the articles on each one:

Step 2: Get a Taste

You want to get stronger, fuel yourself, and feel like a badass…excellent!

Here’s the real real: it’s going to be a bit of a journey where you’re making powerful choices and practicing new habits that work for you.

Think about it like a series of experiments. Get curious, explore, try things out, and be willing to make mistakes along the way.

This is where I’ve made it easy for you to get practicing:

Step 3: Get Support

Don’t do this alone!

We’re all messy when it comes to food and body image. We all feel the effects of the diet industry and a world that constantly tells women we’re only worthy if we’re young, thin, and oh so quiet.

Getting stronger, taking up space, and reclaiming your power is best done with a squad who gets you.

You need a community to share in the trials, tribulations, and victories. To witness the mess and lift you up with kindness and compassion.
