Harder to Kill Strength School: 12 Weeks to Unleash Your Inner Badass and Get What You Want Out of Life, my MINDSET program, is officially open for enrollment.
Why’s this a big deal?
It’s a once-a-year program, your chance to work with me LIVE, and the number of spots is super limited.
I only have room for 50 women.
I absolutely love Strength School because I get to coach you every week for three months. We become a family. And people get results.
Enrollment is open now. Once it closes on August 31, it won’t come around again until 2018.
It’s Time to Shut Up the Little Voice in Your Head…
You know, that one.
Look, standing on the edge of where you want to be in your life mentally, physically, and emotionally can be exhausting.
You don’t want to stay stuck with the way things are – lacking confidence, playing small, second-guessing yourself 24-7 and analysis paralysis – but you can’t seem to make the leap into the life you really want.
So you burn through tons of energy only to feel frustrated by watching the career, relationships, and happiness you want pass you by.
You question yourself relentlessly, worry about what everyone around you is going to say about you.
If you could just take a chance on yourself and take action, life would really start to open up for you.
But sometimes you need a nudge (or a big giant push) and a plan.
News Flash: Failing to Take Action is the Worst Kind of Stuckness Ever
I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck.
In the last seven years, I’ve overcome serious body image issues, went through a divorce, overhauled my diet and fitness routines, and switched careers.
At so many points, I was crippled with fear and self-doubt.
- What would other people say about me?
- What relationships would I lose?
- Would I end up broke and alone?
It all came to a head in 2013. I was desperately unhappy in my job and wanted to make the biggest leap of my life up to that point: Giving up my 12-year teaching career to start my own business.
The desire and passion in my gut were so strong, but I felt like my feet were glued to the edge. I just.couldn’t.move.forward.
The key was changing my mindset and squashing my own negative self-talk.
My story has a happy ending.
I made the leap, and the net appeared. Four years later, I still wake up every day and do what I love. My business is thriving, and I get to create things that help other people get healthier, fitter, and happier.
And the best part is that I have a calm confidence that I never did before, a belief in myself and a sense of self worth that can never be taken away.
The Truth is, You Don’t Need More Diets, Fitness-ing or Hacks
So how do you finally screw up the nerve to…
- Walk this path that you know you’re supposed to be on?
- Move forward when you’re afraid?
- Get what you want out of life?
- Let you inner badass come to the surface and embrace the shit out of her?
- Finally feel happy and content again?
You might believe that happiness lies in the perfect body, job, or partner. But the truth it, you don’t need more diets, fitness-ing, or hacks.
The major mover of contentment is how you choose to see the world and talk to yourself. It’s like swapping out prescription glasses that were fuzzy, and the new lenses are mind-blowingly clear.
I’m not gonna sugar coat this:
It’ll take some digging and facing your biggest fears, but it’s so worth it.
If you wanna bust out of the shell that’s holding you back, I’m here to help.
All this might sound a little woo-woo or different than anything you’ve ever tried.
Isn’t the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results?
It’s time to shake things up.
When you get brutally honest about what’s important to you, the stories that are keeping you small, and you do the internal work, there’s nothing you can’t achieve.
So if you’re a woman who talks a good game about all the goals and dreams you has for yourself but inside you’re paralyzed by fear, Strength School is a game-changer.
Strength School begins on September 5, 2017…
…and it only happens once a year. (It won’t be back until 2018, so now’s your chance.)
If you have any questions, send me an email through the contact form on this site and let me know. I’d be thrilled to work with you.
P.S. Watch my Facebook page for a live Q&A I’ll be hosting on Wednesday to talk more about how you can deal with that little voice in your head.
