Now, let’s meet this week’s guest…
Jenny LaBaw is an ordinary girl living an extraordinary life and wants YOU to be a part of her journey and her a part of yours. Jenny’s goal is to provide a place where people can come for honest, effective, evolving information regarding fitness, health and wellness.
Jenny’s a country girl that loves being outdoors, challenging her body, growing her mind and discovering her potential. Her yellow labs (Ziggy and Pogo) run her life, her boyfriend (Marcus) is her best friend and her rock, and her family has made her who she is. She lives to inspire others to be the best version of themselves they can be each day.
She’s been so lucky to live a life of amazing experiences, from living for 5 months at a time in an 18-wheeler to competing at the CrossFit Games to running across the state of Colorado. She also thrives on the days she gets to sit in a chair and read, play in the dirt in her garden or sit on a rock to ponder the vast amazingness of Mother Nature.
Her passion in life, professionally and personally, is to challenge people to assess WHY they do what they do (or why they want to do what they want to do) and then help them realize they really can be and do whatever they put their mind to.
As a personal trainer for the last 15 years, she has been so lucky to see people transform their lives just by giving themselves a chance to care for their very being…to take care of their physical, mental and emotional self so that they can be better parents, better employees, better spouses, better humans, and simply love themselves.
