Combine the chopped watermelon, lime juice, collagen peptides, and salt in a blender.
Blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 4 to 6 hours or overnight. To unmold, run under warm water for 5 to 10 seconds until the molds loosen up and the watermelon popsicles slide out.
When making this recipe, I selected a small seedless watermelon that weighed about 5 pounds. To get 4 heaping cups of watermelon, I used approximately 3/4 of the melon. Please note that individual watermelons vary in terms of juiciness so you may end up with slightly more or less of the mixture. If you have more, add ice cubes and drink!
