Ingredients

  • 1 cup cantaloupe cubed
  • 3 cubes ice
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • 1/4 tsp raw honey optional (omit for Whole30)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve with a garnish of fresh mint if you want to be a little fancy.
  3. Drink immediately.
