1cupof hot brewed herbal tea brewed with 2 tea bagssub chai or other tea of choice
2tbspfull-fat coconut milk
Brew the tea with boiling water. Once it’s steeped, remove the tea bags. Allow the tea to cool a bit so that it’s warm to the touch and the gelatin will dissolve. If you put gelatin in boiling water it will denature and not set.
Stir in the gelatin and dissolve completely.
Add the coconut milk and stir.
Pour into silicon muffin cups or a glass storage container. Refrigerate until set, 2-3 hours.
